Our Returns Policy
All Sales Are Final except for the following conditions:
The item is returned with receipt* and is defective or has hidden damages.
- If a game is defective and returned within 30 days of purchase then we will work to get a replacement per publisher/distributor policies. Excludes Clearance items.
- Exchanges are rare and are subject to manager approval* Receipt may be substituted by the item being purchased under a valid customer profile.
Or
An Event is canceled.
• If we cancel an event you’ ll receive a full refund, unless you prefer store credit
• If you notify us of being unable to attend an event before it begins you will receive Store Credit.
• If you no-show and/or fail to notify us before event start time you forfeit the fee and any prizes/giveaways.
Sealed Trading Card Game products are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
